I double up ingredients for 1 sandwich, plus i use 1 tbsp mayo, 1 tbsp salad creme. YUM!

Jaymie: Unfortunately, shops always have the bottom line in mind but thankfully you can prepare these sandwiches at home and put in as much filling as you like!

Yes, I quite like double filling, and shops always scrimp up on the filling! This sandwich, however, looks simply scrumptious!

Thanks for this post! I think I would like eating watercress this way instead of straight out in salads.
