Using your pasta machine was quick thinking! I love baba ganoush, and would really love to have it slathered on that crispy, seed topped lavash bread.

Doh! I completely missed the challenge as I got the posting date wrong but I was as relieved as you to see it wasn’t another layer cake. I actually missed the last layer cake challenge as I just couldn’t face making another one after the opera..

I like the addition of the seeds – I also did a roasted eggplant dip but spicy and loved it. The crackers (?)/lavash lasted about 3 hours here.
