Somehow the tofu and broccoli mild sweetness echo with each other, while their texture complement and the rice noodles wrap the whole dish up. Simplest and fastest to make and I can’t get enough of it. Somehow the tofu and broccoli mild sweetness echo with each other, while their texture complement and the rice noodles wrap the whole dish up. It’s not 7:00 yet but I get hungry just thinking of this broccoli dish :)

I also love it eaten with tempeh goreng (fried tempeh), which is dipped in rice flour, garlic and chopped celery batter, and shallow fry.
