		<description>Lisa: Smoked salmon on its own you can definitely freeze. My initial reaction was that you can&#039;t freeze this terrine but looking around on the web I found that some shop-bought ones can! So there&#039;s really nothing stopping you. Please let me know how it turns out! :-)</description>

		<description>Nice, but its not a terrine. Terrine always has course cut ingredients like chicken, pork, nuts etc, bound by a forcemeat and cooked.

What you have above is glorified salmon and cream cheese, but love the idea!</description>
