does hummous count? oh, i suppose that’s more middle-eastern though. i’ve only been to africa once and that was the very top, and is a spanish enclave, so i didn’t really get the feel of any african food

I love Bobotie – an alternative to our Shepherds Pie.Made with lambe mince, onions, apples, curry powder, sultanas and a topping made with bread & eggs instead of mashed potatoes – sort of like bread & butter pudding topping but savoury . Yum yum
