We served it with brown rice, and added smashed garlic, diced onion and red pepper flakes to the olive oil; it was divine! Will definitely make this again, love the blog!</description>

		<description>My favorite way to eat asparagus is to toss them is some olive oil to lightly cover, lay them on a baking sheet, season with salt and fresh ground pepper and roast for about 10 to 15 mins, until they have wrinkled a bit and turned  dark green.. to serve you can sprinkle with some balsamic vinegar or a squirt of lemon, or of course just eat as they are. They are fantastic hot or at room temp.</description>
