Cauliflower Cheese

Cheesy Bread Pudding – butter both sides of 6 slices of day-old bread. Cut into triangles and arrange in a dish. Mix 4 eggs, 100ml milk, 50 g grated parmesan and a tablespoon of mustard then pour it over the bread. Leave to soak in before microwaving for 5 minutes, Sprinkle cheddar over the top and grill for a couple of minutes. Delicious served with salad.
