These look absolutely delicious. Love roasted sweet potatoes already but would never have thought to add sesame seeds.

Also @ Jessica above: Make sure you’re adding plenty of oil. Many people make the mistake of trying to go healthy and not adding enough oil and the chips won’t crisp properly. Also make sure the oven is really hot, turning up the heat towards the end of cooking if required.

Wow, healthy alternative! I love sweet potatoes and sesame seeds, love it!
