On divinely warm, spring days like this the last thing I feel like doing is standing in a hot kitchen.

I am proud to say that 95% of the time I cook from scratch. The other 5% I cheat just a teeny-weeny bit.

With St. Patrick’s Day just around the corner, it seemed apt to post a traditional Irish recipe.
Curd – it must be the unsexiest word in the food dictionary. Can you come up with any others?
