Just about everyone knows their local Indian restaurant’s menu like the back of their hand by now but here is one establishment that has taken Indian cooking to a whole new level leaving the rest in the dust.
The Chinese, Indian and Thai cuisines have been trodden to death in this country. It was a breath of fresh air to try something different for once – fare from Malaysia.
Since I’m a fan of Abel & Cole and their policy I eagerly received their cookbook for review.
Cheese aficionados rejoice! This is one cheese not to be missed.
Months and months ago I was offered this course but with a wave of the hand I turned it down. As much as I was interested in the subject matter, my time is little and oh so precious and I didn’t quite see how it will fit in the scheme of things.
