What is your desert island dish?

Mine is very simple. Just halve a ripe avocado pear, preferably of the Hass variety, and sprinkle it with Maldon’s smoked salt. If you’re feeling cheeky you can splash on some fresh lemon juice and a bit of caster sugar for a kick. Just never ever forget the salt!
