    Broccoli – sounds horrid but it has sundried tomatoes in it and crispy pancetta on top and is fab!

    All soup is good, but vegetable soup made with lots of root vegetables passed through a liquidiser and thickened with barley so that it’s almost a stew is wonderfful on cold nights.
