Giveaway #119: Two Copies of Spice

Does your life contain enough Spice?

Spice by Dhruv Baker

Mine certainly doesn’t and that why I’m very excited about this week’s giveaway because Dhruv Baker, winner of MasterChef 2010, has written an excellent book on the subject. So many recipes caught my eye but here are the highlights:

  • Butternut Squash with Red Onion, Feta & Coriander
  • Malabar Prawn Curry
  • The Best Spare Ribs Ever
  • Sherry Braised Chicken Livers with Almonds and Paprika
  • Miso & Ginger Glazed Aubergine
  • Cinnamon & Star Anise Hot Chocolate

Allured? Two lucky readers can win a copy of Spice. Entering is easy, just follow the instructions below.

I love Mexican food and one of my favourites is Mexican beef chilli! Thank you for another great book review and giveaway!

  2. Julia Forrest says

I’m just back from Vietnam and I am craving Beef Pho daily! It’s not super hot spicy, but lovely and aromatic – cinnamon and star anise flavours.

  3. Marion Gold says

I love dishes flavoured with saffron. I’m not one for very ‘hot’ spices so I like a korma or butter chicken curry, or a dhansak.

A curry my partner has made! Brilliant. Love a good chilli con carne and a sweet chilli prawns also! Like all things spicy.
