    Baked with a Cajun crumb topping with lemon and pepper butter sauce served with new potatoes and fresh peas sprinkled with tarragon to enhance the flavour.

    Foil parcel – slices of lemon, chopped dill, some slivers of butter – lay the salmon on top – season with salt and pepper. Seal parcel up loosely – onto tray with water.

    I like to taste the natural flavours so for me it would be wrapped in foil with a squeeze of lemon, served with baby potatoes and salad

    Bake in foil, with a drizzle of lemon juice and dill. Before serving squeeze on a little maple syrup – mmmm.
    Serve with a really fresh salad and home made garlic bread.

    I’ve always loved red salmon sarnies in brown bread with cucumber. I quite like it poached too with jersey potatoes & veg.

    With salmon, all I do is add salt, olive oil and garlic and then fry it in a very hot pan, so the outside goes crispy.

    Marinated in lemon juice and then roasted and served with tinned new potatoes roasted in with a few chilli flakes and garlic (for a bit of a kick)

    For lunch or dinner: poached with Hollandaise sauce.
    For breakfast: with muffins and poached egg.
    For a snack / lunch: with cream cheese on a toasted bagel.

    Really can’t pick one. Most recently, fish pie which was alright, but I’ve not really eaten much salmon since I was a kid.

    I don’t eat salmon because I am a vegetarian but my husband loves a salmon sandwich with freshly squeezed lemon.

    Salmon with lemon and dill sauce and baby new potatoes but really salmon with anything smoked poached anyway just love it even should i say tinned or in a spread
