I would mix garlic buter into creamy mashed potatoes
I always use Garlic butter in my Mash potato to liven it up and give it lots of flavour, also I steam lots of green veg like cabbage and leeks then drain the water and finally add garlic butter so it melts into the greens!
With some pasta and roasted vegetables.

I would seal it inside my own homemade Garlic Chicken Kiev’s, made with fresh chicken breast and dipped in breadcrumbs and sprayed with a little olive oil spray and oven cooked, my daughter loves them!!
I would pop it inside a foil bag together with a fillet of fresh Salmon and bake to perfection….
On ciabatta bread
Spread thickly between slices of home made french bread, baked for 20 minutes so that the butter melts in the middle. If you lavishly spread some on the crust it goes really yummy crispy too.
On top of the piles of fresh veg that II love so much especially brocoli
On jacket potatoes
cook a baggate then slice it and put it on…yummm
I would use garlic butter on fresh carrots.
I would use it to fry some fresh scallops, corals as well as they’re the best bit and serve with some watercress and crusty bread to soak up all the juices.
I love garlic butter in my garlic mushroom recipe.

Clean field mushrooms and remove the stalk. Then place a small amount of ‘garlic butter’ in to the spaces left by the stalks,add salt and pepper, and grill or roast. Delicious, served with fresh crusty bread to mop up the juices!
I’d add it in to the fat I use to make my roast potatos extra tasty and crispy!
Spread over crusty bread, grated cheese sprinkled on top and lightly toasted, making me hungry thinking about it!

In a BLT with juicy tomatoes, crispy smoked pepper bacon, and a mix of lettuce leaves. Mmm, a little garlic butter smeared on warm fresh wholemeal bread.
To make fresh garlic bread
spread it on a baguette and put it in the oven until melted
within home made bread, in cheese scones, my naan bread, baked potatoes
I would stir into pasta with bacon and chicken. Yum!
I would use it to fry up a variety of fresh mushrooms with shallots and eat with fresh soda bread!
I would mix in to hot potato & bacon salad.
Pork escalopes smeared with garlic butter and topped with mozzarella and spinach then brushed with egg and covered with fresh breadcrumbs. Delicious!!!
On steak
I would use it to saute mushrooms in. Irresistible!
I’d let it melt over the top of a succulent ribeye steak
