I would spread it on chicken and bake along with some potatoes for a yummy flaour, mmm
I would put some garlic butter inside a Sea Bass with a few delicate herbs, wrap it in tin foil and bake in the oven. Serve with New Potatoes and Asparagus. Bootiful!
I’d dunk some dough balls in it
Butter it onto slices of fresh french stick. Stick it in a hot oven for 10 mins. Fresh, delicious garlic bread!
smothered over a leg of lamb with a rosemary sprig. Mmmm
inside a chicken breast then wrap with pancetta ham
On grilled cherry tomatoes with italian herbs.

Spread it on a joiny of pork/lamb or beef, for a special roast.
On a jacket potato
Spread on fresh granary bread
Put a slit in the side of a chicken breast, mix the garlic butter with some chopped parsley and stuff the mixture inside the chicken, secure well with a cocktail stick. Then dip the chicken in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs (do the flour, egg and breadcrumbs twice).
Bake in the oven until chicken is cooked and the breadcrumbs golden brown. Yummy!!
on hot corn on the cob

On just about anything not sweet, but a firm favourite is spread between slices of a French loaf (not sliced right through,) with salami and cheese between the slices as well and grilled for a few minutes
