Finely chopped garlic and shallot, red wine vinegar and olive oil.
Honey and lime is my favourite dressing…. 1tsp of honey, 1tsp of Dijon mustard, juice of half a lime and four tablespoons of Olive Oil.
my fave is …. two spoons sherry wine vinegar
two tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
a tablespoon of lemon juice
salt and pepper
half a tablespoon of dijon mustard
and a tiny bit of crushed garlic
absolutely love olive oil with a bit of dijon mustard, red wine vinegar & a dash of salt & pepper – easy & tasty
Blue cheese and a few cheeky croutons. Yum!
cider vinegar extra virgin olive oil with what ever fresh herbs are ready in the garden at the time lemon balm finely chopped is very good
just run out of olive oil to make my favourite salad dressing which is a simple vinaigrette but there is a trick
mustard, boiled egg, yes boiled egg, mix until a paste is obtained then proceed as for a normal vinaigrette
Lots of lemon juice & olive oil, touch of seasoning, and some fresh mint finely chopped.

Olive Oil, Lemon Juice and Dijon Mustard.
Flaxseed or pumpkin seed oil + Extra Virgin Olive oil + crushed garlic + a little lemon juice + chopped fresh rosemary + one crushed anchovy fillet. Great over freshly steamed french beans.
For extra nutritional benefit, I sprinkle a teaspoon of wheatgerm into the mixture. You can’t really taste it, but it’s good for you!
3/4 cup vegan mayonnaise
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 tablespoon minced garlic, or to taste
1 tablespoon nutritional yeast flakes
30 ml balsamic vinegar
45 ml olive oil
1 crushed garlic clove
15ml basil shredded
Olive Oil, chopped fresh mint, muscovodo sugar, dijon mustard, salt and pepper, lemon juice
It’s got to be olive oil and Balsamic Vinegar.

Fat Free Oriental Dressing
Whisk together 1tsp finely chopped fresh root ginger, 3tbsp sherry, 1bsp dark brown sugar, 4tbsp soy sauce.

Green Envy Dressing….
Ingredients:
120 ml applesauce
15 ml Dijon mustard
1 g dried basil
3 g red pepper flakes
2 g ground cumin
2 g salt
180 g reduced-fat sour cream
30 g chopped fresh parsley
40 g grated Parmesan cheese
15 ml mayonnaise
0.3 g ground cinnamon
Method:
Place applesauce, Dijon mustard, basil, red pepper flakes, cumin, salt, sour cream, parsley, Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, and cinnamon in a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth. Refrigerate, then serve on fresh salad leaves with some crusty bread, yummy!!
