    Never quite been able to fancy green bananas – I know you’re supposed to cook with them, but I’m afraid they’d taste sort of furry like ordinary unripe bananas.

    Salsify- never heard of it until seeing it on cookery programmes NEVER seen it in any grocery/supermarket. Would like to try it though.

    Chocolate fruit, basically because we were told to leave it in the cupboard for a week then try it as it would taste best.
    it was covered in mold and had the stench of a rotten sock!

    Thought I’d tried most things until I read the list above!
    There’s a few i’ve not tried, but the only reason is lack of opportunity. E.G. Kohlrabi, Artichokes, and green bananas..

    I’ve never tried a durian as they’re a pretty rare find in UK supermarkets. PLUS!…They look like a mix of a hedgehog and a giant conker, pretty ferocious looking….
