This is a great recipe but I ask forgiveness for the rather dodgy way the recipe is written

    Steak Red Rose

    1lb Steak inThin strips
    1 lge onion
1 mixed pkt baby sweet-corn and sugar snap peas
    1/2 red pepper sliced
    1/2 green pepper sliced
    1 tbl spn tomato puree
1 tea spn garlic puree (optional)
    Olive oil
    Bottle cheap tomato ketchup

Heat a wok with a little olive oil, brown the meat and onions together, when this is ready add the other ingredients (except ketchup) when cooked turn heat up to full, keep stiring and then add a generous dollop of ketchup keep stirring to coat the other ingredients then turnout onto a bed of rice, also nice with fresh baked bread ( Aldi, their ketchup works well too) and crispy fries with a side salad.

Is good with either cabernet sauvignon or a nice Chardonnay
Serves 4 , Fresh fruit salad with Cornish ice cream is good to follow ( I like to drizzle some honey liqueur over the ice cream or serve with orange Muscat)
