One lucky winner will receive enough chocolate to last him/her for a looooooong time.
It was with some disdain that I heard Cadbury had been taken over by the American company, Kraft, earlier this year. The first question that popped into my head was whether they were going to change its classic chocolate “recipe” to resemble the plastic grossness known as Hersheys. After eating my share of choccies this year I can cautiously say it doesn’t taste any different and in my books Cadbury is still one of the best chocolates out there.
In an attempt to get the British nation fired up about the Olympics in 2012, Cadbury had devised a Spots vs Stripes concept and urge everyone to join in on the fun by playing more games – they even put a limited chocolate, called the Challenge Bar, on the market! It comprises a milk and white chocolate layer, in effect a Top Deck as known in South Africa.
The first prize is a hamper of Cadbury goodies worth around £80, with another two smaller rewards worth £10.

HOT CHOCOLATE.
Place several squares of chocolate on a tray/plate. The players take it in turn to be blind-folded and pick a square (the first square they touch is the square they must put in their mouths).
Whilst blind-folded one of the squares (with a large drop of Tabasco sauce on it) is moved around so the blind-folded person doesn’t know which one it is.
If the blind-folded player picks the tabasco square and eats it whole, he/she wins the remaining pieces.
If the blind-folded player picks the square and spits it out, the remaining chocolate is shared amongst the other players.
If the blind-folded player picks a normal square, enjoy and pass the blind-fold to the next player.
Guess the pick and mix. Put your pick and mix in a brown bag. Blindford the person playing they have to guess what sweet they have picked by the shape and the taste. If you get it right you can choose another sweet of your choice.
Suck the cream from a cream egg using only a straw.
The cream egg needs to be warm for this game to work.
