Giveaway #43: 1 of 2 Signed Copies of Coca Colas When You Entertain Cookbooks CLOSED

The world’s most popular fizzy drink has a cookbook.

Actually, its original cookbook was published in 1932 and has been updated with recipes by well known people. When you Entertain’ is a limited edition recipe book by Coca-Cola, available online at www.harveynichols.com. This iconic book celebrates Coca-Cola’s rich heritage of food & family meal time occasions over the last 100 years. Did I mention the prizes are signed by celebrity chef Tom Aikens?!

As a child one of my favourite drinks was a Coke Float. Last year for the first time I actually cooked ham in Coca Cola for the first time, thanks to Nigella. For a chance to win, see below…

Mine’s actually a Slimming World recipe – so not only does have diet coke in it but it’s also good for you!!! In a pan cook off some chicken thigh with some mushroom, onion and garlic until the veg has softened – add a can of diet coke and simmer on a really low heat until you’re left with a sticky like consistency – is delicious and feel very naughty indeed.
