Fav has to be poached egg on top of a potato rosti with spinach cooked in butter with placed on top and a sprinkle of salt – yummy and healthy…ish too!
The only thing i eat for breakfast is cornflakes and a apple a bit boring i no but they are so yummy
A mix of french and English breakast: Fresh orange juice, a bowl of cereals with yoghurt, a smoothie and a chocolate cupcake for the English touch.. all served by my devoted husband .. in bed!!
If i have time, bagel w/ cream cheese and Quorn bacon… If im in a rush, Crunchy Nut Cornflakes

Kelloggs rice crispies, cold milk and DICED banana
It has to be the full monty – Sunday breakfast/lunch rolled into one. Full scottish, tattie scones, lashings of toast and tea and watching a spot of telly
My favourite breakfast is kedgeree!
Crunchy Nut Cornflakes with freshly sliced bananas and iced cold milk
Summer – homemdae bircher muesli with blueberries and raspberries and a pot of tea (preferably eaten in a sunny garden)
Winter – porridge with cream and brown sugar and a pot of coffee (eaten in front of a log fire)
Porridge with a sprinkle of mixed seeds, japanese crackers and goji berries (good anti-aging stuff)
Simple, classic, quick and easy. Kelloggs Cornflakes – only Kelloggs will do – cold milk and a light sprinkling of sugar. My Dad always used to have exactly the same and it always reminds me of him when I eat this breakfast, it’s something quite special for me.
2 boiled eggs, 3 chiili rice cakes, plum tomatoes, a dollop of low fat mayo and a peppermint tea. Yummy!
croissants with either ham and melted cheese or if in sweet mood my dads homemade marmalade
Fruity and nutty muesli with really cold skimmed milk is my start to the day, it fills me up for hours.

A mug of spiced Indian Chai and a bowl of cereal with grated apple, blueberries and mango and lashings of natural yoghurt.
hot oats, need a lot of energy to get me through the day ; yet I would love a quick thing because of lack of morning time
Granola with yoghurt and berries
scrambled eggs and baked beans on toast .. double yummy with extra nibbly bits
Grapefruit and yoghurt with fresh fruit and a glass of orange juice.
Who can beat toast and chucky pate and a cup of tea
eggs for breakfast Mmmmm….scrambled….poached….mcmuffins…. on toast…fried….any way you please so long as some brown sauce is available!

My ultimate breakfast is…. coco pops with freezing cold milk very sad considering what I could have choosen but I love them My second choice would be fresh bread toasted with marmelade hot black coffee and orange juice!

Granary bread and Peanut butter Toast
I’ll have well done hash browns, scrambled eggs and crumpets slathered in butter!
Eggs benedict, freshly squeezed orange juice and fresh, black decaffeinated coffee. Thickly cut home-made white bread, butter and home-made strawberry jam.
Simple person me. I like a bowl of Jordons fruit and nut with ice cold milk and a coffee.
Call me boring if you must but it has to be a big bowl of Kellogg’s Cornflake and a mug of tea. Nyom!
My favorite breakfast is cold pizza left over from the night before.
I love a full cooked breakfast, grilled. Its just the best breakfast to get you going in the morning although my hips are sure to disagree with me. orange juice and tea on the side .

I love coco pops they have always been my favourite cereal.
It’s a toss up between a Salmon Scramble Bagel or sometimes I like to have dinner meals for breakfast like Jerk Chicken with Peas and Rice!
I can’t think of a better breakfast than good old cornflakes, with cold milk and a sprinkle of sugar and a cup of coffee.

Porridge with dried fruit and honey. I have it every morning.
Freshly baked rolls with a selection of hams and cheeses finishing with a something sweet like a yoghurt or small cake, perfect!
