My favourite brand is Willies Cacoa – made by Willy Harcourt-Cooze as in Willies Wonky Chocolate Factory – a bit of a special treat but worth it for the fantastic flavours!

Hard to say what my favourite brand of chocolate is, as I have many……if we’re talking bars and more regular day to day chocolate, I would probably say thorntons (their slabs range is excellent!).
Lindt are also good, but sadly we don’t get a lot of their really great flavours here (unlike Switzerland, Germany and Austria!)……boo
