- 16g (1 tbsp) caramel
- 20g (1 tbsp) sugar
- 5g (1 tsp) ground cinnamon
Eggnog Martini
- 100ml (4 jiggers) eggnog
- 50ml (2 jiggers) Vanilla Vodka
- 50ml (2 jiggers) Amaretto
- 5 cubes of ice
Instructions
- Glass Decoration: Heat the caramel on a plate in the microwave in 10 second blasts, until the caramel has become runny.
- Mix the sugar and cinnamon together on a different plate.
- Turn your glass upside down and dip into the caramel, making sure you cover the rim evenly, then dip into the cinnamon sugar.
- Eggnog Martini: Place all the Eggnog Martini ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
- Shake well for around 30 seconds, strain into your glass and serve immediately. Enjoy!
