Description

Whip up a tangy-sweet honey & mustard salad dressing with this easy recipe, perfect for adding zest to your salads and grilled veggies.


Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard, honey, and apple cider vinegar until smooth.
  2. Slowly drizzle in the extra virgin olive oil while continuously whisking to emulsify the dressing.
  3. Add fine sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
