Blackberry & Yoghurt Smoothie


Ingredients

  • 250g (9 oz) frozen blackberries
  • 500g (1lb 2oz) plain natural yoghurt
  • 30ml (2 tbsp) caster sugar (optional)
  • mint sprigs for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • You can use low-fat yoghurt instead.
  • Add more sugar is the drink is too sour.
