- 500g (1lb 2oz) plain natural yoghurt
- 30ml (2 tbsp) caster sugar (optional)
- mint sprigs for garnishing
Instructions
- Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
Notes
- You can use low-fat yoghurt instead.
- Add more sugar is the drink is too sour.
