Ingredients

  • 200g (7 oz) Greek yogurt
  • 100g (3½ oz) fresh coriander/cilantro, chopped
  • 100g (3½ oz) fresh coconut, chopped
  • 5 garlic cloves, peeled
  • 2 whole green chilies, deseeded and chopped
  • salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blitz to a paste.
