Ingredients

  • 2 avocados
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 60ml (4 tbsp) cream cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.

Notes

  • Use as much or little cream cheese as you desire.
  • Instead of cream cheese, you can also use creme fraiche, single or double cream.
  • Cook Time: 5 minutes
