Description

Learn how to make your own Eggnog Martini at home. This festive cocktail is sure to warm you up on a cold night.


Ingredients

Glass Decoration

  • 16g (1 tbsp) caramel
  • 20g (1 tbsp) sugar
  • 5g (1 tsp) ground cinnamon

Eggnog Martini

  • 100ml (4 jiggers) eggnog
  • 50ml (2 jiggers) Vanilla Vodka
  • 50ml (2 jiggers) Amaretto
  • 5 cubes of ice

Instructions

  1. Glass Decoration: Heat the caramel on a plate in the microwave in 10 second blasts, until the caramel has become runny. 
  2. Mix the sugar and cinnamon together on a different plate.
  3. Turn your glass upside down and dip into the caramel, making sure you cover the rim evenly, then dip into the cinnamon sugar.
  4. Eggnog Martini: Place all the Eggnog Martini ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
  5. Shake well for around 30 seconds, strain into your glass and serve immediately. Enjoy!
