For once try to be adventurous with your toppings and enjoy this smorgasbord of Italian cheeses all on one pizza.
Everyone seems to have their own favourite version of pizza dough that they prepare themselves or simply buy ready-made at the shop. If you don’t have your own recipe and are feeling rather daring you can try making your own dough. I kept this recipe simple but don’t be afraid to mess with the ratios of the cheeses!

Oh, we are definitely on the smae wavelength - you will laught when you see my entry into the vintage cheddar draw 🙂 This is one of my all-time favourite pizzas - I have been known to beg pizzerias in South Africa to make this even if it's not on the menu... Cheesy perfection! Gnocchi quattro formaggi ain't half bad either...

Sometimes I only eat pizza for the crust, other times it's a vehicle for toppings. This seems the perfect pizza to satisfy the latter. Do you make your own dough or buy it?
