Ingredients

  • 100g  (3oz) rocket/arugula, washed
  • 2 garlic clove, peeled
  • 60g (2 oz) Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 60g (2 oz) pecan nuts, shelled
  • 125ml (½ cup) olive oil

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients in the food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. Season to taste and serve, or freeze.

  • Served the pesto with pasta, bread or mixed into a salad.
