Parma Ham & Melon Salad


Ingredients

  • 1 canteloupe or galia melon
  • 8 Parma ham slices
  • Freshly ground pepper
  • Olive oil, for drizzling
  • Parsley, for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Peel the melon, remove the seeds and cut into 8 slices.
  2. Wrap each melon wedge with a slice of Parma ham.
  3. Drizzle the dish with olive oil and sprinkle with parsley and pepper. Serve immediately.
