- 15ml (1 tbsp) vegetable oil
- 1 onion, peeled and finely chopped
- 500g (1lb) beef mince
- 1 sachet Schwartz Gluten Free Spaghetti Bolognese Recipe Mix
- 500g (1lb) tomato passata
- 275g (10z) gluten free spaghetti, cooked and drained
Instructions
- Fry the onion in a large pan until softened.
- Add the mince and fry until mostly browned.
- Stir in the sachet contents and passata.
- Cover and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add a bit of water if it thickens too much.
- Stir in the cooked spaghetti and top with Parmesan cheese.
