Ingredients

  • 350g (1/2) melon, peeled and pipped
  • 1 Granny Smith apple, washed and core removed
  • 60g (1/2) avocado, peeled and pitted
  • 30g (1oz) kale, washed

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients in a high powered blender and process until smooth.
