This sugar free salad dressing recipe is low carb, gluten free and ketogenic diet-friendly. This easy recipe is easy to prepare and will save you money!



  • 250ml (1 cup) mayonnaise
  • 125ml (½ cup) sour cream
  • 125ml (½ cup) buttermilk
  • 1 clove garlic, peeled and finely chopped
  • 1.25ml (¼ tsp) onion powder
  • 30ml (2 tbsp) dill, washed and finely chopped
  • 30ml (2 tbsp) flat-leaf parsley, washed and finely chopped
  • 1.25ml (¼ tsp) salt


  1. Place all the ingredients in a bowl and stir thoroughly.
  2. Transfer to a salad dressing jar.
  3. Chill for 2 hours before serving.
