- 250ml (1 cup) mayonnaise
- 125ml (1/2 cup) sour cream
- 125ml (1/2 cup) buttermilk
- 1 clove garlic, peeled and finely chopped
- 1.25ml (1/4 tsp) onion powder
- 30ml (2 tbsp) dill, washed and finely chopped
- 30ml (2 tbsp) flat-leaf parsley, washed and finely chopped
- 1.25ml (1/4 tsp) salt
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients in a bowl and stir thoroughly.
- Transfer to a salad dressing jar.
- Chill for 2 hours before serving.
