– oil – onions – garlic & ginger – tomatoes – green chilli & ground cumin – tomato puree – garam masala & turmeric – lime – raw peeled prawns – coriander leaves
1. Heat the ghee in a large frying pan and slowly cook the onions, garlic and ginger until softened.
2. Turn up the heat and add the tomatoes. 3. Let the tomatoes sizzle for two minutes then add the chili, puree, masala, cumin, turmeric and water.
4. Continue to simmer for about 10 minutes. 5. Add the prawns and cook for 2 minutes until they are cooked through.
6. Sprinkle with lime juice and fresh coriander leaves. 7. Make your own Indian starter at home, by spooning the prawns on top of fresh, homemade gluten free puri.
