– chicken breasts – egg whites – cornstarch – oil – onion – green pepper – red chilli – rice wine – salt & pepper seasoning
1. Mix all the ingredients and store in an airtight container. 2. Dunk the chicken in the egg white, then corn flour before deep frying.
3. Remove the chicken pieces from the heat and drain on kitchen towel. 4. Heat the oil in a wok and fry the onion, green pepper and chillies for 3 minutes.
5. Pour in the rice wine and let it sizzle for 2 minutes while continuing to stir.
6. Add the chicken to the stir fry and season with the salt and pepper seasoning. 7. Serve immediately with rice. Enjoy!
