Masala Chana Chaat

Ingredients

– Red onion and green chill – Potatoes – Chickpeas, drained – 1 pomegranate, deseeded – Roasted peanut – Garam masala – Dried chilli powder – Sea salt and Plain yogurt – Fresh coriander leave – Mango chutney

1. Mix the onion, chilli, potatoes, chickpeas, pomegranate, peanuts, garam masala, chilli powder and salt in a large bowl and stir thoroughly.

2. Divide the mixture among 4 plates and top with coriander, yogurt and chutney.
