Description

Learn how to make a luscious and rich Eggnog Cream that you can add to your favourite Christmas desserts and hot drinks.


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 375ml (1 1/2 cups) heavy [double] cream
  • 195g (1 1/2 cups) powdered [icing] sugar
  • 85ml (1/3 cup) eggnog
  • 5ml (1 tsp) vanilla paste
  • 0.3g (1/8 tsp) nutmeg [optional]

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and whisk until you achieve soft peaks.
  2. Serve with the dessert of your choice. I served it with a few different things, such as this Mincemeat Tart. You can even top an Eggnog Rumchata with it!
