  • 125ml (1/2 cup) rolled oats
  • 60ml (1/4 cup) chia
  • 250ml (1 cup) milk
  • 15ml (1 tbsp) maple syrup
  • 60ml (4 tbsp) plain yogurt
  • 10 blueberries
  • 5 almonds, crushed

Instructions

  1. Place the oats, chia, milk and maple syrup in a jar or bowl and stir.
  2. Leave in the fridge overnight.
  3. Top with yogurt, fruit and almonds.
