Try this simple turmeric smoothie using the secret healing powers of turmeric, otherwise known as kurkuma. It is an anti-inflammatory turmeric smoothie.
Ingredients
- 250ml (1 cup) almond milk
- 1 mango, peeled and chopped
- 1 banana, peeled and chopped
- 2.5cm (1in) fresh ginger, peeled
- 7.5cm (3in) fresh turmeric, peeled
